Sweet Corn Koshimbir Recipe.

  • 1 bowl boiled Corn
  • 1 shredded Carrots
  • 1 shredded Beetroot
  • Chopped Coriander
  • 1 Chopped Chilies
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala/ 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Mustered seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 5 to 6 Curry Leaves
  • Salt


Take one mixing bowl. Add boiled corns, shredded carrots and beetroot. In the same mixture chaat masala, chopped coriander and salt for the taste.

For tempering, heat tadka pan on a slow flame. Pour oil. Once oil heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Once seeds splutter, add asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped chilies.

Once chilies change the colour, switch off the flame. Pour this tadka on the corns. Mix well.

Corn Koshimbir is ready to serve. You can serve with meal.
